Mr. Thiessen is a Director of IQ Energy Inc. Additionally, Mr. Thiessen is the founder and CEO of Western Manufacturing Ltd. (Western is a diversified steel manufacturing company.) The Profit Magazine has ranked Western one of the 50 fastest growing companies in Canada in both 2013 and 2014 on it’s Profit 500 Listing. Prior to founding Western he was CEO of Ledarco Industries Ltd, (a fabrication and construction company). Mr. Thiessen is also the founder and President of Westcap Group Inc. Westcap Group is an industrial company with controlling interests in oilfield and agriculture manufacturing, bespoke food products and services, real estate, and agriculture operations. Lonny was awarded ‘Young Entrepreneur of the Year’ by the Grande Prairie, AB Chamber of Commerce in 2014 and has been invited to a 2-year membership with the CCCE (Canadian Council of Chief Executives) as a ‘Young Entrepreneur’. He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) Mr. Thiessen has over 10 years of experience in manufacturing for the oil and gas industry.
